Personal 1 hour & 15 minute one on one consultation which consist of BMI, body fat, and target heart rate. Personalized fitness goal program design, with theoretical, comprehensive explanation.
Monthly assessment which consists of the upper/lower strength assessment (max weight tests and max rep test), cardiovascular - V02 submax and V02 max test, and a variety of core tests and flexibility tests.
Journalized sessions and nutrition counseling on client to client basis will be given based on fitness goals. These services are available for one on one personal training "pair or group training"
Corporate Services
These services will be developed based on clients needs and the size of training facility "members or participants".
Due to the variety in corporate clients, needs and goals, a three hour consultation is required.
This consultation will provide a detailed explanation in how we both must meet and create our structured format.
